Notice to Club Members Regarding The Football Field

We have been informed today that the football field is not ready for use as yet.

We found this out from a committee member from the football section, when a group of us had started using the field this Sunday, after we assumed that the two week period that they had already requested was up. They were fairly unhappy that we were using it and apparently club members have been asked not to use the football field on other occasions. They say that it will invalidate the guarantee for the work they have had done to the pitches, so we should respect what they are asking.

Please do not use the football field for shooting at any time. It is likely that we will be able to use it again by the second week in September but please wait until we are advised by the football section that it is OK to do so. Until then the cricket out field must be used for any shooting that takes place. They have paid a lot of money for the improvements so they are understandably upset about use which may damage it in anyway.

New Savile-Website

After starting for so long at that tacky peach background I've finally decided enough is enough. Savile needs a new website and here we are! The aim of this new site is to allow Savile members to interact with and therefore improve the site. Hopefully this will mean a better quality site for all to enjoy.

Not all sections on this site are yet complete. Please bear with us while we bring them online. Unfortunatley some very evil people, possibly Sherry-less Longbowmen, have also infiltrated the Savile Website and made a mess of the Club Photo Gallery! I'm working to bring this online later.
